One-time charge, paid by card. No subscription, no auto-renewal, nothing to cancel. When you run low, you buy another pack. Checks on a credit pack are processed while you work — a deposit is done in one sitting.

What counts as a check

One credit is spent per check successfully read — not per page and not per scan. A check that spans several pages, or a voucher check with a long remittance stub, is still one check. If extraction does not complete, no credit is spent.

A batch always finishes. If a deposit runs past your remaining credits, WhoPaid completes the whole batch anyway and the balance simply goes negative — settled the next time you top up. You will never be stopped halfway through a deposit to buy more credits.

Steady volume

Past roughly 250 checks a month, a monthly plan costs less per check than packs do — with a lower rate again if your deposits can be read back by the next business day rather than while you wait. Plans are sized by monthly check volume. Tell us your monthly volume and we will quote you.

Before you buy

Credit packs are non-refundable, but unused credits never expire and unused balance carries forward if you later move to a monthly plan. Please read the refund policy and terms of service first.
